I’m writing this during the Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic where we are all trapped in our homes, so home workouts are the only option for many people right now. I have been working out from home for a long time now since I spend a lot of my time traveling. I usually like to skip the hotel gym whenever possible since most of the time they are cramped & I usually like to work out in privacy.
Maddie Lymburner posts real time, at home workouts with minimal/no equipment options available. It's on Youtube, so it is completely free! She caters her videos to certain situations, home workout with no equipment that is apartment friendly (minimal jumping) and so on.
Adrienne is also on YouTube. Adrienne posts high quality yoga videos that you can do for free. I use these videos for Yoga because she creates different videos specializing in what you might be needing that day. For example, she does yoga for gut health, for stress, for cramps. You get the picture.

Anna Victoria is an instagram influencer who founded the Fit Body App. She offers many paid programs, but she does post free workouts on her instagram feed in short form videos. She specializes in HIIT training but also offers programs in heavy weight lifting as well. I've purchased her workout plans and a membership to her app a few times now. I am very happy with the results.
Evelyn Mazariegos is posting free home workouts via short form video on her Instagram account. She is also offering home training sessions to clients for a small fee. She is posting daily about a variety of online/remote workout programs that she is currently developing.
Salina is a virtual strength coach who offers virtual live classes via her website and her instagram. She has several home based workouts posted to her Instagram page that are ready to do. She offers modifications for certain movements and most workouts can be done with just a workout mat and some space.
